We all have times in life when we feel big feelings: grief, heartbreak, shame or confusion.
Creativity is there to help us transform those big feelings into something meaningful, that will work FOR us. You can turn heavy feelings into a creative piece that brings you from a place of pain to a place of meaning, empowerment and peace.
The Healing Song Journey is a guided, 4 session experience where we gently transform what you’re carrying into a personal, meaningful song.
No musical experience needed. You can simply show up as you are.

Dr. Huberman says people in grief (a common underlying emotion for many painful moments) are literally in pain. The same neurons that fire for pain are firing when in grief. This journey will provide experiences and processes that, if you give yourself fully to it, will help transform pain to purpose.

We will harness the creativity you have within you to put you on a beautiful path to healing with this song. Again - no need to be musical.
